![]() There is no reason to ever install or run any 3rd party "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus, VPN or security apps on your Mac. It was developed by a long time contributor to these forums and a highly respected member of the computer security community. Just to reinforce the remarks about the installed adware: download and run the free version of Malwarebytes. I think this even had to be done in the mini vMac emulator. I downloaded some software from there to unarchive old Stuffit archives, but I couldn't get it to work. I also visited Macintosh Garden and was looking at lots of software for classic Macs, but it was mostly older than I thought. I have sometimes had problems with low RAM reports, the spinning beachball or when the screen just seemed to lock up, then I pressed the keys Ctrl + Cmd+ Power, but I didn't know about this key combination until about 2-3 weeks ago. This report doesn't contain any mention of a program called “5934511008435557579”, but some programs are marked as Adware. My main interests are trying to learn to write macOS apps using Swift and Python, studying AI, using Logic Pro X, playing The Sims 4, creating artwork, and watching videos. I got this MacBook Air (2014) on February 10, 2021. I may not be able to afford another MacBook with more RAM or a later model. So, there it is! I'm fairly new to recent versions of macOS, although I have used G3 and G4 Macs with OS9 and OSX 10.3, as well as macOS High Sierra briefly, and Linux with the KDE Plasma desktop.
